Burrell provides a comprehensive range of mental health services for children, adolescents, families, adults and senior adults. Our service array is designed to meet our mission statement -- to provide as much care as is needed, but no more than is needed. Each program and service is designed to offer treatment consistent with an individual’s or family’s unique needs.

Child & Adolescent Services It is easy to feel overwhelmed by the amount of work parenting takes and the pressure we feel trying to do the right thing for our children. Add in the stress of a child who is struggling with emotional or behavioral issues and parents can feel a tremendous fatigue -- leaving them with even less energy to try to help manage their child’s behavior. The whole thing can become a cycle of stress.

Adult Services Most of us can handle one crisis at a time. But, life doesn’t always dole out challenges one at a time. In fact, whether real or imagined, there are old adages about trouble arriving in groups of three. Whether you have one struggle, or three challenges, or five concerns, and no matter how great the problem, there is a solution.

Specialized Services for Chronic Mental Illnesses Individuals with chronic mental illness face enormous challenges. Not only do they have to cope with their illness, but they and their families often struggle to arrange services from complex or unreceptive systems. Whether the most immediate need is for housing, medical care or psychiatric medication, those with chronic mental illness are often overwhelmed by the “rules” attendant to receiving quality care and services.
