Whole Hog Cafe' prepares the same award-winning recipes that won top honors in the 2000, 2002, and 2008 Memphis-in-May World Barbecue Championships-including 1st place in the "Whole Hog" category in 2002 and 2nd place for ribs in 2000, 2002, 2008. It has also been featured on Food Network's Rachel Rays Tastey tours in Little Rock, AR.

Nearly ten years ago, two brothers decided they wanted to open a restaurant different than anything else in Springfield. What they came up with was Ocean Zen, a one-of-a-kind restaurant featuring Pacific Rim style cuisine and a modern contemporary atmosphere. Pacific Rim is a unique style utilizing Asian cooking techniques. This style features both Western and Eastern ingredients, but everything is fresh in a style that is distinctly Californian.
