Come savor specially prepared tapas by some of Springfield’s finest chefs while listening to music performed by a Springfield Symphony quartet and then M-Dock Band. Guests at the event will enjoy open access to a wide array of food including: Cheese, fruit, smoked fish, sausage, pasta, carved meats, sushi, Asian, assorted tapas, breads and desserts. The Springfield Symphony and M-Dock Band will be heating up winter with some hot music! A Springfield Symphony jazz quartet will open and M-Dock Band will headline the event.
One of the most requested bands in the Midwest, the M- Dock Band utilizes an acoustic/electric blend and multi-part harmonies in a classic rock format with a playlist that spans four decades. From the acoustic sounds of Crosby, Stills and Nash to the rock and roll soul of the Rolling Stones and the Motown horns, the M-Dock Band does it all.
