The Springfield Chamber Chorus is honored to present the first concert of their fifth season at First and Calvary Presbyterian Church. This concert is also the first for the Chorus under the direction of their new music director, William T. Grega.
The Springfield Chamber Chorus is a highly-select independent community choir specializing in the performance of a cappella choral literature, both sacred and secular. Founded in February 2008 by Kelly Garrison, Amelia Davidson, and James Davidson, the Chorus is comprised of post-collegiate singers from the greater Springfield area. The Chorus strives to provide the Springfield community with professional-caliber performances of a wide variety of a cappella literature. All choristers are volunteers who rehearse for two hours once a week.
