The West Plains Community Band, under the direction of Rocky Long, was founded in 2006 and is comprised of students and adults from the entire south-central Missouri region. This year the band will host a special St. Patrick’s Day concert in true Irish Spirit featuring such Irish folk tunes like An Old Irish Tune, An Irish Rhapsody, Shepherd’s Hey and many more Irish favorites.
