This all day Celebration starts with a breakfast with Santa at the Willard Middle School at 7 a.m., Craft Fair at 9 a.m., Parade at 10 a.m., Chili Cook-off at 11:30, Live entertainment at 4 p.m., Santa at 5:30, and Lighting Ceremony at 5:45 p.m..
